“Save the nature” isn’t just a praiseworthy slogan, it’s a concept into which, for several seasons now, Ki6? has been distilling its principles: it uses only ecological fabrics - recycled and natural - to encourage ecological awareness in children right from the start. Thus, the collection has increased its mix of products to promote a feeling of comfort even in its leisurewear with soft and practical fabrics, while the easywear explores a sweetly romantic slant. The natural look of cotton gauze and wool and cotton lace underpin the elegance, a hymn to the charm of ecru and white combined with gray, and the rapture of high-waisted, decorated dresses. This feeling of sweetness also permeates the down jacket, the English rib cropped shrug and a series of proposals in water print fabric with fun animals like Mama Bear, squirrels and bunnies. India red, khaki and a print of micro and macro polka dots give energy to a theme that praises the force of autumn with a boiled wool short overcoat decorated with raw cut flowers, capes and knit dresses with braids and ribbing in mélange wool, piece-dyed velvet pants and a graphic print of the word “Life” which, along with a print of a strolling fawn, reinforce the need to get in tune with nature. After all, talking prints are a smart way to communicate messages that are important to us: for example, “Sweet chic” is parsed in tones of cement gray, blue mélange and aviation blue on jersey, cotton and boiled wool. Hearts, a graphic sign in macro and micro versions, become the leitmotif of prints in beige and aviation blue, and also take on hues of pink and aubergine in a series of flounced dresses with wool embroidery.
